Building new and optimizing existing web applications (serving heavy traffic, requiring high efficiency and resistant to failures)
Creating technical documentation
Improving automated test coverage (unit/ integration/ user acceptance tests, etc.)
Resolving technically advanced problems
Keeping up to date with modern front-end web technologies
Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. karma, jasmine)
Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns and how to apply them in real world applications
Experience with unit testing methodologies, frameworks and software/tools.
Understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and a drive to automate everything
Expertise with Git, rebasing, branching strategies and pull requests
Practical knowledge of Sass / Less
Ability to write responsive CSS and HTML
Understanding of browser resource management
Working knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP and the understanding of what makes a RESTful API great
Very good English language skills (verbal and written)
Nice to have:
Experience with TypeScript/ES6
Experience with SMACSS standard
Experience with cloud based infrastructure, Amazon Web Services
